So about a month ago my galaxy s22 ultra has been crashing, restarting, unresponsive app, can't use the camera or it will shut my phone off for 30 minutes, UI unresponsive messages, processing unresponsive messages, freezing all the time and just flat out all around annoying to deal with. Extremely upset with samsung since I have been an advocate for samsung, gloating about how these phones are better than iphone, but after spending nearly 2k 2 years ago for a phone that will not work properly nor would the company care to help. Unfortunately it leaves me no other choice but to go another route. Looking into to the pixel or might cave in to getting an iphone (which is something I definitely don't want to do). Sincerely do not care what the moderator has to say about this issue because samsung really does not care about all the users that are experiencing the same thing as me. Just wanted to say this because I have had this brand for nearly 20 years and the notes have always been my favorite phone but you guys discontinued that and give me this **bleep**. Thanks scamsung.

Hey there! I can absolutely understand how frustrating it can be when your device is continuously crashing and restarting on its own, amongst the other issues you're having as well! Seeing how your device is doing multiple of these issues over and over I would suggest having a certified technician take a look at the device so that we can see what's going on with it!

Seeing how your device is doing multiple of these issues over and over I would suggest having a certified technician take a look at the device so that we can see what's going on with it!
