I recently factory reset my phone and the ability to backup to or restore from Samsung Cloud has disappeared. It was there before the reset.

Did you happen to switch carriers? Samsung Cloud does not work correctly on devices locked to Verizon (U variants).

Did you sign in into your samsung account when you 1st open your settings app? At the top of the screen?
