Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra hangs, message on screen shows "Volume Limit reached".

This is the second time the phone has hung with this message. All functions stop completely. Even the restart button does not work. I already sent the hang notification to Samsung the first time the phone hung. This seems to be happening after the last security update. Until I do a soft reboot the phone remains unoperational. Can someone let me know if there is a solution to this issue?
