Samsung Galaxy S24 was displaying controls for a TV in my house which is on the same network.
Here are two options to solve this.
Option 1:
On the notification, tap Settings
Turn Show remote control notifications off
Option 2:
On your phone, tap Settings
Tap Google > Devices & sharing > Cast options > Turn off Media controls for Cast device
Option number 2 worked for me.
