Galaxy S22My S22 was not updating for 9 months and then yesterday it started pushing updates - one for each month since March. When update downloaded, scroll down to check the definition and update dates. I am actually tired of that s...t and then configured software updates, developer option and another in Play Store to "NEVER Update". Then it stopped after August update.

Galaxy S22This is poorly released update. It appears that UI 7.0 is updating over and over again until you look at the security portion which is updating month after month for about 8 to 9 months. So there are 8 to 9 updates which appears to be UI7.0 looping updates. Notification would have been so much better. The best would have been to include all updates in one update. As noted, some of the instructions from Google was miss leading and absolution wrong like factory reset, clear cashe and many other instructions. It was clear that for some reason the technical team also was not aware of this month by month security update required.
Just FYI, you have to keep doing the update until October 1 2025 security update is loaded. Which at this time One UI 8.0 will also be loaded. This update will take a little longer. At this point the phone will report it is current.

Galaxy S22Hi everyone,
I have got an S22 Ultra. Yesterday, just while it was on my desk, I came across a phone restarting millions of times, where Android was not loading. It just vibrates, shows SAMSUNG, and the next step "powered by Knox…, then shuts down. This happens again and again, and overheats the phone until the battery dies.
Please let me know if you have found a solution for this.

Galaxy S22If not, and the boot loop is truly inescapable, it may or may not be a hardware failure and you will need to visit a certified Samsung repair center to fully diagnose the issue and have the device repaired by a certified technician.

Saying it installed the update but continues to say it need to install the update.
Not a boot loop
I've done it five times now...
