System update destroyed my s22 ultra! Fix it Samsung!

When will Samsung fix this update mess? I've been without a phone for weeks with no resolve, I'm loosing my patience and considering I still owe on this phone I can't get another one and Samsung won't do **bleep** to fix it!

Any idea when this next update is coming? I'm without a phone. Thankfully, I have an old one I can use to with my Sims card but the screen is busted

I haven't even charged my phone because it doesn't even work unless it's to wifi, so I have put my Sims card in an old s10 that I had just so I can call and text
