Why is there no 24hr Clock

What is the deal with NO 24 hour clock. Lame. Am I missing something?

Under general management > date and time > use 24 hr format

It's always been an option in the date and time settings on the phone to change between the two. About the only thing I've never seen them add is a analog 24h clock widget.

Create your own gif or download one and set it? I think what I did. If not I think the format is Animated PNG?
