want turn off swipe for page refreshing

I have a Galaxy S22+ and i want to turn off the swipe funktion from the display. Its irritating with backing app or apps with pages when you swip to the top of the page you get a round arrow and the page refreshes intreedt evertything but no success

I believe that is a function of the individual app and can't be turned off.
