Hi, I had a similar issue of having AOD not function properly on my device a few weeks ago. I reached out for assistance in the Support tab and they ultimately suggested that I reset all settings (not to be confused with a factory reset. Please don't do that, lol). I can't say if a settings reset will solve your issue too but it should be worth looking into!
