You should be able to find the color correction in accessibility settings/vision enhancements. There is a setting for both color correction and color filters. There are also quick panel icons to easily switch either one on or off. Color correction, as it says, corrects the color for certain vision deficits. Color filter adds a color overlay to the screen. If you are looking for adaptive brightness, that's a different setting, also in the display settings.
