After latest update, cannot connect to computer with USB C

After latest update, cannot connect to computer with USB C, also cannot Bluetooth to computer. And my email on the lock screen has been saying Syncing emails..... for the past 3 hours. What is going on!? I have photos I need to get off my phone. Anyone have suggestions or is this another Samsung update malfunctions they are so well known for

I have that same problem with my email saying on the lock screen Syncing email and my email keep disappearing

After the last update my phone says syncing email and I've received no emails since Friday the 17th of May. How can this be fixed?
