Bixby issues with closing and non-responsive while charging

Has anyone else had the issue of Bixby closing very quickly, even being non-responsive while charging? Is there an issue? Or is it the way the app is designed to work?

Thanks for reaching out. I can see how Bixby not working as intended can be frustrating. The first thing I would try out is resetting Bixby, which this troubleshooting guide can walk you through in addition to other troubleshooting steps: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001306/

Also, try using a different charger, one that is compatible with your device, to see if the charger is at fault for this behavior.

Thank you but not the answer. Each assistant fulfills certain and different functions and at different times. Already use Assistant for many things but sometimes Bixby is the better choice. But as you mention Bixby's quirks can get annoying.
