Galaxy S23Hi
Phone has been updated to One UI 6.1.
Upon starting Phone goes to the welcome screen.
Next screen shows the advanced intelligence improvements welcome screen from the update.
Next screen goes blank then shows a Samsung policy could not load because the web page is not available.
Has the update killed my WiFi and SIM connectivity?

Galaxy S23To get it working i started the phone in safe mode.
Previously i had performed soft resets and wiped the cache partition several times which didn't work.

Galaxy S23Galaxy phone updater unable to use phone as it says it is not registered & I need to unlock phone. The phone was unlocked before Samsung forced an update on my phone. My phone is now a brick. restarting doesn't work. Starting in safe mode doesn't work. Stop w/the **bleep**injg unwanted updates that afre forced. My phone is useless. Samsung owes me money I can't use my phone except for 911...I had to click over 200 pictures to try and get help. STOP!!!! JUST STOP WITH THIS **bleep** & GIVE ME HELP. YOUR COMPZNY **bleep**ED UP MY PHONE.

Galaxy S23Samsung has horrible customer service. No answer or help no way to contact customer service as their update made phone unusable so I can't call the 1800 number & there is no customer xervice on this website. I am reporting this to the Attorney General & filing a complaint!! Making registered users repeatedly do the picture thing is wrong. I had to use a password to ghet into this terrible sight & get terrible customer servbice. I am also reporting this to DOJ if this not fixed immediately.
