I have attached the screenshot for whenever I click on something on my home screen, text, or whatever I'm doing that this comes up. I don't know how to fix it. See the screenshot.

It is asking you which app you want to open your link in.  You have not set a default browser for internet activities.  If you tap an icon for which app you want to open and select "always", that will be the default action and you will not be asked again.  If you select "once", you will be asked every time.  This happens when there is no default or app set for the action you are trying to perform. So, if you get a text message and you click a link, and you do not have your default browser set, it will ask you what you want to do. If you have a default browser set, it will automatically open the link in that browser.  If you clicked a link in the text that someone sent you funds via c.a.s.h app, that's why it's asking if you want to complete the action using the app.  Whenever you click a link that can either open a web page or an app, you will be asked what you want to do if you have not set a default action.

Obviously it did not take, or you a clicking a different link that the phone does not know what to open.  The fact that CA is a choice, may indicate you clicked a link in your messages or email that you received funds.  Just tap that icon and choose "always".  If you have already done that, I suggest clearing your phone's cache.  You will see this pop-up every time the phone does not know how to handle a link.

1. Power off your phone. Hold Power and vol up buttons until Samsung Logo appears

2. Let go of both buttons when you see the Samsung Logo appear on screen. There will be a delay while it enters recovery mode.

3. Use the volume buttons to navigate through recovery menu options and highlight “Wipe Cache Partition.” Press power button to select this option . Confirm by navigating to the yes response and tapping the power button to select.

5. When wiping cache partition is complete, "reboot system now" should be highlighted; press power key to select it . The phone will reboot as normal.
