Contact Groups disappeared and Audio text feature not working

I resisted getting the new update on my Galaxy S23 (until I was forced to update) because the updates cause so many issues. This was no exception. Two major things I've noticed so far that I need assistance with, please:

1. My "Groups" in my "Contacts" that I've created have disappeared. How do I get them back? 

2. In text messaging, I use the audio text feature often. When I try to use it, when I press on the audio icon, a message comes up saying "Message has Been Canceled" or something like that. Would you please tell me how to make this feature work again?

Sure - what should I send a screenshot of? Another major issue - I just tried to shut my phone down and it won't allow me to do this. AI GEMINI wants me to talk to it when I try to shut down. The way the phone used to shut down was to press the bottom right button for a few seconds. Please assist! Thanks so much!

Go to quick panel, tap the power button, go to side key settings in the power off menu, long press option, power off menu.

Before you ask, yes, you can put the panels back.

If you scroll further down, groups should be there. Recently added you can force it to go away by tapping on each contact ( I think) otherwise it will go away in a couple of days.

Audio feature I can't help you with, I use Google Messages, everything wirks.

Yes, you can get rid of recent contacts by tapping on each one. I had this happen with the beta and that was the fix.
