Just got One UI 7 update on my S23 Ultra and noticed that there is a "Recently Added" list in my Contacts that appears before my Favorites list. First, these contacts are/were not recently added contacts and, second, I cannot find a way to delete the list without deleting the contacts. The update seems to have randomly created this list, which is stupid! Please find a way for us to either delete this list or, at the very least, move it below the Favorites list.
I followed the instructions of clicking one contact, click on the "I", then click the back arrow in the top left corner. The instructions said you have to do them one by one. But I backed completely out of the contact list and when I went back in that "recently added" list was gone. IDK?
That is a really annoying and tedious process if you have to do this each time you add someone new. I'm a dog sitter and always adding new clients. There needs to be an option to turn this section off.
Unfortunately, there is not a way to turn this updated feature off. I have a Samsung Galaxy S24 and allowed an update that now has Recently Added Contacts to remain above my favorites list. I just open them up, click favorites, then unclick them from favorites, and that puts them where they belong. But this is an asinine feature and it doesn't make sense why this is been permitted
