Contacts Recently Added list with One UI 7 Update

Just got One UI 7 update on my S23 Ultra and noticed that there is a "Recently Added" list in my Contacts that appears before my Favorites list. First, these contacts are/were not recently added contacts and, second, I cannot find a way to delete the list without deleting the contacts. The update seems to have randomly created this list, which is stupid! Please find a way for us to either delete this list or, at the very least, move it below the Favorites list.

My "recently added" list even had old contacts that I deleted a long time ago show up!

We shouldn't need to do this,     Members_kDK2shq, but at least there is a solution. Thank you!

This worked. The fact that i have to individually do this for over 100+ contacts is engaging.

I'm about to ditch my "smart phone" for a dumb phone, the continued updates that fix what isn't broken and waste my time to either put back the way it used to be or attempt to fix is absolutely ridiculous.

I had like 300 so instead of doing that I just force stopped the phone app and it fixed it. Way faster.
