I spend hours trying to re add contacts and favorites. They keep disappearing.

Can I replace my phone dialer with something that directly uses Outlook contacts?

I already had to del Samsung calendar, as it didn't match my Outlook or Google calendar.

I tried to delete Contacts and reinstall, but it failed to uninstall.

Using Phone by Google. Uninstalled every Samsung app that I could -- they are terrible.
I use 4Team Sync2 to keep my Outlook and Google contacts and schedules synced. Outlook has better contacts and schedule, but no dialer. So I use both. Samsung apps were screwing everything up.

Outlook schedule widget is much better than anything else,

You can change your phone dialer - Google voice or Phone by Google are two that come to mind.  I don't know if either will directly access Outlook contacts, but my guess is not.  Why don't you just use Google contacts, then you can access, edit or add your contacts from anywhere on any device and import them to any app.

Why buy a Samsung phone if you don't like their apps?

They make good phones, but have poor apps. Also, I use Outlook and gmail, adding Samsung apps in the middle breaks things.
