Sorry but that information isn't available with One UI you might be able to download a 3rd party app that provides that Information

You can't ! Samsung doesn't think you are privy to that information because it isn't mandated by law in the US.

They are now the only company of the big 3, Apple check, Google check, Samsung big fat no!

You can download a small app from the Play store called DevCheck.  It will tell you how many charge cycles your battery has been through.

My shot was from my S10. It shows NA on my current device, as well. I thought it might be because it was charging. Is it possible the newer phone batteries that they use in the US, doesn't have a cycle counter?

If you just installed the app, it will not show charging cycles. The charging cycles count starts upon installation. You will however be able to see battery health after about 5 charging cycles.

I've had it on my phone for wbout a year and had many charging cycles. Maybe I have to clear the app data, or there's a bug in the software, it was recently updated. I honestly don't remember if it showed on this phone on the old version. Both devices have the same version, btw.

I installed that App when I bought my phone in September 2025.

May be something we have to question the developer about.  Their information page in the store says the latest update works with the newest phones - which it does, except for that most critical  (for some) feature.  I think since it's not showing it, somehow the battery is not telling it, because it's very weird that it's showing the cycles on an older phone, but not a newer one. I wonder if the issue is unique to newer Samsung phones.
