For some reason, my side button settings are activating on its own. 'emergency s.o.s. and camera will activate on loop. Usually, the side button has to be pressed 5 times to activate Emergency S.O.S. to activate. Side button is not pressed at all. I'm having difficulties shutting down the phone (Galaxy Ultra 23). It will only restart instead on shutting down completely. For both turn-off and hard turn-off options. Phone is running hot on top of that. I turned off Wi-Fi and Mobile Data hoping it would work. It did not. Ran Diagnostics multiple times, with difficulties because of the constant interruption of the loop. Diagnostics would come back positively and yet still I'm still having challenges.
