Error 500 when installing the new security update on S23

Is anyone having trouble installing the new security update because when I try to update my phone it's says error 500 and I don't know how to fix it

S21 Verizon, also having issues downloading the new update. I'm also having issues where the UI breaks and I'll have to restart my phone to fix it. Not sure if that's related.

Just found out that my wife's s24 ultra on verizon failed also

Yeah same error code 500, the update has failed!

Multiple failed attempts made with Software Update 15 on my my Verizon Galaxy S24Ultra since 1/22/25.
