Galaxy S23Hi,
I bought an S23 Ultra when it was released. I use Google Calendar as my agenda and I use Business Agenda application to manage it. Recently (since the last major update, I believe), my event notifications have started to appear twice: once through the app I use and once through the Samsung Calendar (notifications are disabled in the Google Agenda app).
The issue is that I can't disable the Samsung Calendar notifications (they are grayed out in the settings), and if I follow the method shown here (https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Samsung-Apps-and-Services/Prevent-Duplicate-Calendar-Notificatio...), for example, and disable my Google calendars there, they also disappear from my other apps! I also havenāt found any options in the Samsung app to disable the notifications š
Has anyone encountered this problem?
Thanks in advance.

Galaxy S23
Not sure what's happening but...
Did you try ?
ā Open Samsung Calendar ā»
ā Click on the 3 lines ā° ā»
( top left )
ā Click Manage Calendars ā»
(option all the way down)
ā Turn Off Samsung Account
( Samsung Calendar )
Or try Disabling Notifications this way:
ā Settings ā»
ā Apps ā»
ā Samsung Calendar ā»
ā Notifications ā»
ā Notification Categories ā»
ā Turn Off:
General Notifications
and / or
Other Notifications

Galaxy S23Disabling Samsung Calendar do not help.
And for an unknown reason, notifications cannot be disabled in the application settings (the button is not active ; I didn't manage to add a screenshot in the message, here is a link to a screenshot).

Galaxy S23Hi,
it's not working, it doesn't change anything in the Samsung Calendar app settings...
In the "Advanced Settings" of the "Notifications" settings page, I also tried to select the first option "Application Notifications" which then display a list of all my applications with an option to disable the notification, I have to select "Display System Applications" to see the Samsung Calendar app and I still cannot disable the notifications from there š
