Galaxy S23+ freezing since September update

I have an s23+ bought around Christmas of 2023

every since the September update which I got around the end of september update my phone has been freezing, showing the wallpaper, waiting for a few seconds, and going to the lock screen.
I think that system ui is crashing from what I've seen on other devices but I dont know why this would be happening

edit: it was predictive back animations that was causing it.

After every Samsung update including security patches. I always Wipe the cache partition in the boot options. Never had any problems.

After updates, I let the update bake in. I wait 30 minutes to an hour before touching it. Never had any problems afterwards.

I've had other problems, not able to make or receive calls, voice input, fingerprint stop working, and sometimes my text messages wont send or receive. I restart the phone multiple times during the day, and 'wiped cache partition' many times. The problems always recur within a few hours. I've gotten nowhere with Verizon. This happened agter an earlier update, but resolved itself within a week. Not this time. I am looking for solutions, too!
