Where can I find ALL current updates to RCS in Google Messages, and soon to come features and updates...AND WHEN?

You can do a simple Google Search and read the tech news articles that cover the feature releases and search Android's X feed and actual website. They post about upcoming features there too. You need to search for yourself. Google sucks at updating their changelogs.

Yes they do. And I have done searches, but get different answers.
I read that we can now edit...but I find no evidence of that.

I was able to edit within the first 15 minutes, but now that option is gone, I also able to change the message colors, both options gone now

@Isaiah17 I'm in the Beta and have editing and chat colors working on my Fold 6 and S21 FE. This morning, I just got the Profiles option on my Fold 6 that they announced eons ago, but I don't have it on my S21 FE. Google just lives and breathes fragmentation. 😆

I am also in the beta, not sure what happen but those options are gone now on my end

They'll come back eventually. It never makes any sense why they just disappear, but it's definitely something they did server-side.
