Google Photos and OneDrive Sync issues

I take hundreds of screenshots a day when doing app testing. I hate having to delete them from my phone and Google Photos and OneDrive. I have backup turned off everywhere I can find. Yes they are actually backed up. I understand it shows all photos from my phone in the Google Photos app. They have the cloud symbol and show when I open Google Photos on my laptop. I have a Bixby routine to turn backup on for about an hour once a week then back off. (Not currently running, just my goal of I ever get this fixed so I can sync Photos I actually want)I just need it to actually stop syncing when I turn it off first. Even just not syncing the screenshot and screen recording albums would work. Onedrive is doing the same thing so either I'm doing something wrong or my phone sucks. I am losing my mind on how to fix these.

@Abyzsmal You shouldn't post your email address on a public discussion group like this. You should either remove that photo or edit it to obfuscate the email address.

Thank you. I'm fixing it now.

In the galler settings, select the sync to one drive setting and exclude the screenshot album. Unfortunately, there does not seem to be a way to exclude albums in Google.

I tried that. I had backup on originally but off for screenshots and screen recordings. They still go to OneDrive. I just want a way to stop everything from being synced at all until I decide to once a week or so.1731192432610.jpg1731192432646.jpg

Ypu should be able to just slide sync with one drive off and trun off Google backup.

As I said in my original post ... It is still syncing regardless of having all backup options turned off. That is what I am showing in the screenshots in the post.
