Home up task changer doesn't let me stack things

Why doesn't my home up task changer let me stack my stuff or do the three other things that are always blocked off. All I get is list and grid I want the other three how come I can't have them what's wrong here yo Samsung what are you doing

Omg yes, I have a theory it's that they don't want to look like apple but like, it already been there so allow us to keep it. I used the stack option as well as it was just better and to not have it anymore is frustrating
