Reels, Instagram and some Facebook videos freezing/buffering

Anybody experiencing Reels, Instagram and Facebook short videos playing and just stop playing like it froze and when you go to the next it might play then it freezes too...??

Many times. Its very annoying. If I go back to the previous video and then come back it usually plays correctly.
