Long/hard hold on apps

It's really irritating how you "hold down on an app" or what I would call it, hard hold and information pops up on the app on the little infi window: the last person you interacted with on it on FB and mssgr apps. That stupid idea is gonna get someone in trouble one day. Is it an animation that can be turned off???

@BossMama2024 When I long press on the Messenger icon, I get the info window that pops up with a list of names I interacted with. There are no animations nor avatars. Perhaps this is something that you have enabled with a 3rd party app or a setting?
