Most likely because they don't have a FACTORY unlocked, or T-Mobile locked device.  If your carrier unlocked your device after meeting requirements like paying it off, then this is classified as a CARRIER unlocked device, and is ineligible.

Iif you are in the US, you won't. Samsung just pulled it. You'll have to wait until beta 2, and no release date set.

It appears it's only for the S24 line-up but I may be wrong!

Possibly since you're not Carrier locked, but only when it becomes available for the Z Series.

I don't see any beta banner in the members app. I'm on AT&T network and have S921U variant.

You need to have a S921U1 which is a factory unlocked device since At&t doesn’t participate in the betas with carrier models
