I have always preferred Samsungs Messages app over Google. To me it's is superior overall with a much more appealing layout, customization options, etc. While many were pushed to switch apps I stayed with Samsung as the pros outweighed any cons even without RCS features etc. I could overlook any minor flaws I had to deal with until now...

It is insanely annoying to download individual messages from 6+ contacts in a group message so rarely do i interact in them. As frustrating it may be the downside to Google Messages is more frustrating for me...
Samsung Messages would conveniently display contact names from Verizon call filter without needing to save each one making an organized display for simple communication with customers. It is the most helpful tool for me to provide good customer service as I don't want to save endless amounts of temporary contacts.

I'm thinking for better business I will likely have to endure the flaws with group chats but if anyone has any recommendations, suggestions or solutions they have found related to this issue I would be grateful for any information that may help!!

I don't see any difference in the group messages. Actually, I was skeptical in the beginning too, but the more I used it, the more I liked it.
