Messages aren't sending

I don't know if anyone is experiencing this but lately I have to restart my phone because messages are not being sent. Anyone has an idea on what to do to get this fixed? All guidance is helpful. Please enjoy your day.

Having the same problem. Restarting phone does work. Reseting network does work. Able to recieve but not send.
