You can't Meta search is build into Facebook as the main search feature and can't be disabled

If they were a toggle to turn it off, then you wouldn't have a search function on Facebook

Ok, let me rephrase that, Facebook support both the old standard search functionality and Meta and have the ability to toggle between. No need to reply.
