Mirroring

Why can't I mirror my phone onto my new roku tv? I was able to do it one night and now it says it can't detect it. I've shut everything off and restarted and still no luck.

Turn on your Roku TV and go to Settings > System > Screen mirroring > Screen mirroring mode > Prompt or Always allow.

On your Samsung phone, swipe down from the top of the screen to pull down the Notification center.

Find Smart View and tap it.

When you see it, tap the entry for your Roku TV.

You are done now. Your Samsung phone should now be mirrored to your Roku TV.

That's exactly whT I did before and it worked but once I shut it off it took the option of my roku tv off. Now my phone isn't picking up anything to mirror to

You need to make sure that you're on the same wifi as your TV. Can you confirm that?

I can, and it was working until I shut it off
