I cannot get Samsung to fix two problems in our Galaxy S23 Ultras. They have eliminated the message signature and the voicemail transcription that our S7 Edge had which cost $350 and the new phones cost over $1100 - more money - less features;-(

We really miss the message (text) signature feature

Voicemail transcription comes from your service provider, as voicemail is a carrier product.
You can subscribe to visual voicemail.

Yes, the signature in a text message, would be Samsung.

I use to have that when I used Verizon messages.

Didn't use it, because the people I txt with know it's me.

My wife misses her signature in a text as some of her clients don't seem to know who she is.  We want it back!

I don't think it will come back. Alternatively, in the Samsung Keyboard settings, she can set up a text shortcut.

Go to settings, Samsung Keyboard, text shortcut, type in, let's say, Zx, then in the Expanded Phrase, type in her signature
