Galaxy S23
I purchased s23 plus from eBay which is carrier unlocked but I am not getting updates on the phone. The phone is last updated on June 2024. I checked using smart switch too. I know the same card might trigger the update which the phone was originally locked too. But I don't have the same carrier sim. Is there any way I can update my phone and also future updates without the hassle.

There's likely a way to trigger it via ADB at home if you know enough. I would take it to you carrier or go to their tech support if you can. If they cant help you, go to the previous carrier.

This is the problem with buying phones on Ebay, you don't know what you are getting.
You can try this if you have access to a computer.
Download Smart Switch to the computer. Connect your phone to your computer.
