Puchased themes dont work on s23 ultra after update

My s23 ultra did a recent update. Now, alot of my old purchased themes from galaxy store don't work properly. Please help!!

The themes may have to be updated to work properly on the latest update. If this does not assist, we recommend submitting an error report via the member app to report any bugs to our engineers.  You can find those steps here listed under "Raising error report" (https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/mobile-devices/raising-an-error-report-via-samsung-members-app/

*Please note this is an international link, but the steps should be the same for US consumers.

It's because the themes were designed for a specific version of One Ui and unless the theme publisher decides to update the theme, they don't work fully.

My purchased themes have disappeared. I have the receipts but unable to find lots in the purchased section. Any way to fix this?
