Galaxy S23
Whenever I use my primary phone (S23 FE), I notice that RCS chat is always setting up and trying to verify my number. I have cleared my cache, restarted my phone, and even disabled it on Google's side through their website. To see if it was just my phone, I happened to put my SIM card in my old S20 5G and saw that RCS started working immediately whenever I put my SIM card into it, instead of my S23 FE.
Any ideas how to like fix this??

Just a few suggestions.
Make sure the Chat feature is enabled.
Clear cache first of Google messages and restart phone see if it works if not clear data also and check again.
Reset the RCS settings and check again.
If non of that works try switching to Samsung message .
If that doesn't work try a third party messaging app.
If that doesn't work throw your phone in a trash bin but give me the direction of where that trash bin is šš..
No seriously give those a try, somethings gotta give.
If it doesn't reset all app settings and configure RCS from scratch.
If not then nuclear option, complete phone reset? š¤· Hope that's not the way to go.
