For those suffering the random camera activation issue, the culprit is a bad S pen. The S pen has a feature that makes it stay connected for "Air Command" even when inserted in the phone. In the Advance Settings Menu, S Pen, More S Pen Settings, "Keep S Pen connected" toggle off. Thats what made the issue go away for me.
