Swipe down navigation doesn't work after 6.1.1 update

Anyone else experience this issue? When a text notification comes, i swipe down from the top and it immediately goes back up. I cannot swipe down to see the open apps. Thanks

Try this, go to settings, apps, type in the search box, One Ui Home, go to storage and clear cache.
