Galaxy S23This message is for Samsung.
There are good points and bad points. Samsung, you make excellent smartphones, but you have a few issues.
I began using Samsung in 2011 with the Note 1, and I am currently using the S23 Ultra.
Here are the good points:
1. Display:
Samsung's display is excellent for watching 4K HDR or 8K content. It is simply the most beautiful display I have ever seen.
2. Camera:
You will not believe the pictures I have taken with the Samsung S23 Ultra's camera. It is truly remarkable.
3. Battery:
The battery life of the S23 Ultra and S24 Ultra is excellent. I am a heavy user, and I can easily get through a day without needing to recharge.
4. Performance:
The performance of Samsung's phones is excellent. I can do everything I need to do on my phone, from editing photos and videos to using Dex for office work to watching high-resolution videos to gaming.
Here are the bad points:
1. New Update Issues:
After the new update, I encountered some issues.
The biggest issue was the battery draining quickly. When I open the camera and zoom from 16x up to 19x, I see the issue. When I open YouTube or Netflix, rotate my phone to landscape, and go back home, the picture-in-picture closes itself. There is also an issue with the profile card. These are the issues in the 6.1.1 update. I have proof. I'll post the link again.
2. New Features Not Included:
I shouldn't have to buy a new phone to get new features. You promised the S23 Ultra four years of OS updates and one year of security updates. You need to include every new feature that the new phone gets. I want to enjoy my phone. I don't want to buy a new phone every year. They are not that much different. You need to include everything the new phone gets.
3. Design Changes:
I don't like flat displays. I like curved displays because they are beautiful.
I love my S23 Ultra. If Samsung is not going to make curved screens anymore, this will be my last phone from Samsung. Or, they can make both curved and flat screens and give us the option to choose. I know some people complain about screen protectors, but I'm using a tempered glass screen protector from Dome Glass. It's a great screen protector. Try it.
4. Removing Features:
It's not good that you don't understand how much customers love those features.
5. Poor Customer Service:
We are contacting you because we have an issue. You must provide us with a satisfactory answer or an apology.
Before releasing an update, you must thoroughly test it. We don't want to encounter issues when we install the update.
All my family and friends are Samsung users.
We love Samsung because you make great products, but as users, you have to make us happy. We donāt want to complain about issues, and I hope you will fix those problems.

Galaxy S23I love the curved display. I love my S23 Ultra. I never have issues using the S Pen with the curved display.
