I have a samsung galaxy a32 5g from t-mobile and I just bought a samsung s23 fe. I have account info on the a32 5g and the screen is broken. I'm trying to use smart switch with a data cable but it won't read it and I don't have a PC to use samsung dex.
What can I do about this issue?

Smart switch through USB cable as long as screen still works, but it's broken

It is on when I connect my tupe c to type c but it still does not connect
