Unable to leave beta program due to previous owner being enrolled

Hi I am unable to receive security patch updates due to being stuck in limbo in the beta, I am unable to withdraw due to previous owner having joined and I am unable to receive new updates and security updates. Anyone know any current mod handles that can help me sort this out. From what I read the only way to fix this is to remove the IMEI from the beta program.
