Unable to send/play audio clips.

Hello, unable to send or play audio clips thru Google messages or Samsung messages with most recent update. Android 14, UI 6.1.

Further, incoming pictures are compressed with signal degradation & incoming pictures. 

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Do you have RCS enabled in Google messages?

Yes. RCS is enabled. I have tried toggling all different options.
When trying to play audio clip, getting a spinning circle. Same when trying to play received audio clip/text. All this started after updating to the new AI One UI 6.1.
