Edit: We no longer have the separate app, but we still have the same cr×p. There is nothing "Visual" about it. Still old fashioned dialing Voicemail.
Okay . . . So . . . I have 2 problems for you.
Uno. Why in tarnation is Visual Voicemail a separate app? Hmmmm? Google Phone has it integrated within, iPhones have it integrated within, and Samsung has a seaprate app that brings me to problem . . .
Dos. Do the math: How does Visual Voicemail think that I have Google Fi when I'm using US Mobile? You explain that to me. No. . . No . . . It's not a problem on US Mobile's end. Nope, I've been through their tech support multiple times for this. Nope . . . It's you. Mhm.
Fix it. I know we (US Mobile users) are a minority demographic of users (which really isn't that true, since we either use T-mobile's or Verizon's networks), but a flaw is a flaw.
You can do better Samsung. Just get those people working on the AR emojis and other **bleep** to actually work on useful stuff, like Visual Voicemail, for example and maybe the keyboards functionality (not just the looks)
