Voice to text issues after warranty ends

I have always used Samsung Android phones. I speak two languages, keyboard is set for both. Usually voice to Text option works well, even better on my native tongue. I have noticed that every phone so far, once warranty ran out, started having issues with the voice to text. It will suddenly make word salads out of both languages even though I speak only English into the keyboard mic. It will often even make up words. I am forced to go over all text and often have to start all over, because the printed text makes no sense at all.
