I haven't been able to find it on this phone anywhere 😩

Make Sure:

⁃  Settings  ≻
⁃  General Management  ≻
⁃  Keyboard List and Default  ≻
⁃  Turn On:
"Keyboard Button on Navigation Bar"

  Microphone Will Be at Bottom Left.

If you see a Keyboard Icon and not the Microphone,

Press and hold the Keyboard Icon and change the Keyboard Button option to Voice Input.
