Galaxy S23Samsung appears to take no responsibility for voicemails not working on many if not all cell phones! I have a workaround that works. In voicemail hit 3 dots and then refresh. After several minutes you will get an error message. After error message reboot the phone. Then after rebooting, go to three dots and hit refresh again. The voicemails should drop in. It is just disgraceful that Samsung takes zero responsibility and has at best says it is a Verizon problem when it does not appear to be. The only solution besides the one listed above is to dump Samsung and use another manufacturer of phones.

Galaxy S23Of course they take no responsibility. Samsung is NOT responsible for voicemail, calls, or text messages -- you carrier is. If you are having voicemail issues, your first contact is your carrier.

Galaxy S23Visual Voicemail is a feature that must be offered by your carrier and they are responsible for any issues with it.
Please contact your carrier to resolve you problems with voicemail and/or visual voicemail.
