Anyone else have this problem? Went through all the steps w a tech to fix the issue (and I mean ALL the steps) with no luck. I'm super bummed out

Run the internal diag, and if it reports failed, then you need to replace the camera module. Ubreakifix can repair it too

Did the diagnostic and it came back front & rear camer failed.

Probably only had it since Sept 2023. Not sure how long the warranty is

Normally, when I would have them for repairs, under L2S, they were about 13-14 months. Samsung labels it as a one year warranty. Take it in to your local ubreakifix, and if they have the modules available, they can replace it and have it done in approximately two hours.

After dealing with that for 2 weeks...my camera fixed itself.
