What is this and how do I get rid of it?

 I was having trouble with voice to text with gboard and I don't know what I did but I somehow ended up with this on my screen and I don't know what it is or how to get rid of it. It floats and is movable.

Does that phone have an S Pen? That bubble pops up when you pull it out.
