samsung volume keep on reducing

i have recently purchased samsung s23

now i am facing a problem that its volume is reducing automatically due to unknow reason

i have even done rest phone setting 

is it a bug?

It could possibly be a bug. Have you tried to update your phone? Or it may be certain apps on your phone or headsets depending.
